Maybe most of you already know this bug, but for those that doesn't here is the trick:

1) When you are 100% fatigued (you move slow, digimon stats are lower etc.) put your shirt/jacket into your inventory. These contains (if socketed) HP attributes.
2) Wait 1-2 minutes.
3) Put your shirt/jacket on
4) Use any kind of food to restore your health.
5) If done correctly, you will not be fatigued anymore but will have a slow amount of health left. The amount of health left is dependant on the HP attributes.

You can rinse and repeat this bug as long as you are 100% fatigued.
